Having worked in the industry just over 11 years, it's safe to say i've had quite the time to get obsessed with all things agave. Running the Basement Bar & Restaurant in Edinburgh for close to 5 years specialising in Tequila, Mezcal and traditional Mexican eats sparked a wave of inspiration and love for Mexican culture and its produce. Now Bar Manager at Uno Mas, Edinburgh's latest late night, live music venue, i've focussed on bringing a new wave of love for agave spirits among consumers, hopefully encouraging more and more people to enjoy the vast complexity that traditional tequilas and mezcals can offer.
